| Rental charges include guest-controlled central heating and hot water, electricity, all bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen and towels and weekly cleaning of the cottage. During the winter months, a large basket of logs for the woodburning stove is included in the rental - additional baskets are charged at £5.00 per basket. |

Bookings are normally on a Friday to Friday basis except for the short break periods noted above when stays of a minimum of 2 days are accepted.
Short breaks may also be available during the mid and high seasons at short notice if the full week has not been booked. However, bookings for short breaks at these times will only be accepted within 10 days of the date of the stay.
