The cottage is fully centrally heated, with guest control, and decorated and equipped to very high standards and sleeps from one to five people. |

The beamed sitting room has a wood burning stove as well as radiators, so is always warm even in the depths of winter. It is furnished with top quality modern designer furniture and has a widescreen TV, DVD, video, stereo system and digital radio. There is also a piano. |

eat-in kitchen overlooking the garden is fully equipped with gas cooker,
dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave.

The master bedroom, overlooking open fields, has a 5'0" bed with a duvet and is made up with Egyptian cotton sheets and pillowcases. |

The
twin bedded room, over looking the garden, has two 3'0 beds - again with
duvets and Egyptian cotton sheets and pillowcases. The third bedroom has
one 3'0" bed and has its own tiled vanitory unit. There is a full size
bathroom with a shower over the bath on the first floor as well as a lavatory
and wash hand basin on the ground floor. |

The pretty, southwest facing garden to the cottage has a terrace area with a wooden table and garden seat and there is also a set of relaxing garden chairs and barbeque available for guest use. Pots of herbs are provided for guest use.
Free wireless internet broadband access for guests bringing their own laptops will be available by summer 2006, with free internet access also available on desktop computer and screen provided in the cottage.
There is off-road parking for
up to three cars available for cottage guests.
